RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take great care in curating our vintage collection. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, with all Cabana Vintage tags intact and returned within 7 business days of receiving the item (the receiving date is dictated by recorded date delivered via carrier).

To return your order, please email returns@cabanavintage.com and provide your reasoning for the return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once the goods have been collected and returned in their original condition, we will provide a refund to the original card used for payment. Card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All accessories are final sale.

 

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

Pack and seal your package, in the original packaging if possible, including your order receipt or clearly specify your name, contact details and order number. The goods will remain your responsibility until accepted at our place of business. If such goods are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged in transit, it is your responsibility and Cabana Vintage will not reimburse you for any costs or fees associated with the transportation. We recommend using a carrier service that provides a tracking of the goods. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept COD.
